SEO blogging for SwampRentals, 407Apartments and JaxApartments as a local apartment expert. I used the SEO analysis tool SEO Scribe to determine keyword-friendliness and make steps to increase post ranking and overall web page ranging. These posts are in FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) format and used for the homepage of their respective apartment rental website and shared to students.
My focus for this content was keywords related to what students would search if they were looking for an apartment in the Gainesville, Orlando or Jacksonville metro areas. I targeted certain keywords such as living proximity, fun things to do in the area and more to related these topics back to apartment living.
Utility aren’t all-inclusive at my apartment – What do I do?
I work in West Orlando and go to Full Sail – Where should I live?
Downtown, Midtown, Campus… Which area of Gainesville is right for me?
What are the price differences between 1, 2 and 4 bedrooms?
How convenient is it to own a scooter in Gainesville?
Where are the best places to move for a young professional?
Where can I find public transportation and parking near UNF’s campus?
If I’m deployed or on base for an extended period of time what are my parking options?
I live near campus – Where are the best places to run
This approach brought a lot of click-throughs to the services mentioned that iLS network offers for apartment seekers. Not only did the on-page click-throughs increase but the keywords targeted made the first pages of several search engines which would increase overall traffic to the pages. Several students mentioned how much they liked the quality of these posts as well.
